Feel that chill? It's the shade that just entered the room, thanks to the Sunday, July 17, episode of
Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Not only did
Kim Kardashian attempt to take down
Taylor Swift by claiming she knew all about
Kanye West's controversial "Famous" lyric (aka "I made that bitch famous"), she blasted
Piers Morgan for comments he made regarding her nude photos. Meanwhile,
Kylie Jenner dealt with her stalker (#NormalTeenageProblems), and Kim announced that she's taken to measuring her butt. The more you know!
Kim Dishes on Caitlyn Jenner's Appearance in "Famous"
West's "Famous" video basically consists of a bunch of nude celebs taking a nap together, including Swift,
Anna Wintour and
Caitlyn Jenner. The weird thing? When Kim prepped her mom,
Kris Jenner, about the video's content, Kris seemed more annoyed that her ex was included than anything else.
"I think he's obsessed with Caitlyn, though," Kris said. Kim's response? "I think he just likes people who are authentic."
Again … that shady chill.
In Which Kim Comes for Taylor Swift
In case you missed the drama, Kim took down Taylor in GQ, and opened up about the decision during Sunday's episode. Long story short, Kim claims Taylor knew about Kanye's controversial lyrics and accused her of playing the victim.
Kim elaborated on what she told GQ, saying Kanye has footage of himself asking Taylor for lyrical permission. "Kanye, every time he's recording an album, he always has videographers with him 24/7," she said. "The camera crew filmed it." She later said via phone call to Kourtney: "She told everyone at the table, 'Well, I mean, it's true — Kanye totally, like, made me more famous.'"
KUWTK didn't show the actual footage of Kanye talking to Taylor, but they did prove their point by airing b-roll of Kanye singing "Famous" in the studio. "I think she freaked out by the reaction, and all of a sudden, she flipped," Kim said.
Khloé Calls Taylor "Full of S--t"
While Kanye couldn't care less about what people think (actual quote: "I don't care"), Kim decided something needed to be done when audio came out of her husband slamming Taylor. The Wife of Pablo consulted "the team," and ultimately decided the best course of action was to defend Kanye in the press.
"[Taylor] legitimately, quote, says, 'As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet, I'm gonna tell all the press I was in on it,'" she told Kourtney. "Just another way to play the victim. Definitely got her a lot of attention the first time." Kim admitted that Kanye "hurt" Taylor when he interrupted her to praise Beyoncé at the VMAs back in 2009, but said, "We all know that 'Single Ladies' was the biggest song of the year."
So, basically Kim's feelings on Taylor are, "Imma let you finish, but …" Oh, and Khloé's are "[She's] so full of s--t, and it pisses me off."
In Which Kim Comes for Piers Morgan
Because she was on a roll, Kim also decided to take down Piers after he wrote an entire blog post about her nude photo. "He wrote a whole blog about why don't I try to be successful with my clothes on," Kim complained to Kourtney. "Like, why don't you try to be successful with your clothes off; it's actually really hard." Annnnnd, awaiting Piers' tweets any second now …
Kim Gets Her M.I.L.F On
Fergie and Kim have been friends forever, so
naturally Kim appeared in her video for "M.I.L.F. $," and basically spent the entire time stressing about her body. But for those of you who think the star was Photoshopped, think again. She hardcore worked out to get in shape for the video, and used
Chrissy Teigen as her inspiration, saying, "If Chrissy can do this, and she had a baby two weeks ago, I definitely can get it together, like, four months later."
By the way, Kanye attended the shoot and insisted on redoing Kim's look because it wasn't on-brand. Good times.
